Jaime was very responsive, even when he was in Central America on vacation while we were submitting our bid. He was also flexible and accommodating for us when we got own inspectors, who weren't always the most on time or put together. In our case, the seller's agent was very unresponsive and not forthcoming with documents, disclosures and Jaime was patient and persistent with them. I think what I appreciated about Jaime most was he was really low pressure and he took the time to explain things to us a first-time home buyer. He is a real estate agent, though; he did subtle things to pressure us - like show us overpriced and some shoddier places that we obviously wouldn't buy, but for me that was fine and is just part of the game. But we never felt like we were being pressured as far as price or even to put in a bid. Overall, I'd definitely recommend working with Jaime on the buyer side. He made what could have been an incredibly painful buying process much smoother."
